End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the AI Assistant for personal, artistic, educational, and commercial purposes, subject to the terms outlined herein.

2. Restrictions

  • You may not:
    • Copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense the AI Assistant’s underlying code.
    • Use the AI Assistant for illegal purposes or to generate harmful content.
    • Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the AI Assistant.

3. Ownership of AI-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you generate using the AI Assistant. You are free to use, distribute, or modify this content for personal, artistic, educational, or commercial purposes.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you breach any of the terms in this agreement, particularly regarding prohibited use cases. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the AI Assistant.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

  • The AI Assistant is not a replacement for professional advice, including legal, medical, or financial matters.
  • The AI Assistant’s responses may contain inaccuracies, and we do not guarantee the correctness of any AI-generated content.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or use complies with applicable laws.

6. Compliance with Laws

By using the AI Assistant, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including laws governing data protection, AI, and machine learning systems.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring your AI Assistant deployments comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any regional or national regulations regarding AI, such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, and any local data privacy laws.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Wyoming.
