- The AI Assistant’s responses may contain inaccuracies, and we do not guarantee the correctness of any AI-generated content.
- You are responsible for ensuring that any content you create or use complies with applicable laws.
6. Compliance with Laws
By using the AI Assistant, you agree to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including laws governing data protection, AI, and machine learning systems.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your AI Assistant deployments comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including any regional or national regulations regarding AI, such as the EU AI Act, GDPR, and any local data privacy laws.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Wyoming.
